How do I pay for the service?
We currently accept payment in cash only. Payment is made after cleaning and after inspection of the house by the customer.
What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning?
Customers may request for cancellation within twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled service. Short notices are subject to corresponding charges.
How many housekeepers will come?
OC Cleaning determines the number of housekeepers based on the ratio of 1 for every 100-square meter area. Customers may request for additional housekeepers, in which case, additional fees shall be charged. Customers may also request for a specific housekeeper but subject to the latter’s availability.
Is there a contract?
No. We don’t bind customers to any contract but we do have invoices.
Do I need to be home when cleaners service my home?
Cleaning is usually done in the presence of the owner.
Are housekeepers trained and policy checked?
Yes! All housekeepers are certified and shall be supervised before, during and after service.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes, we do! During your consultations, you’ll get all your burning questions answered! Our custodial technician can go over which of our services best suit your needs and budget.
